Zur Zeit veranstalten wir ein Gewinnspiel auf Instagram. Nachstehend findest du unsere Teilnahmebedingungen.

Teilnahmebedingungen:

  1. Veranstalter dieses Gewinnspiels ist SWISSKNIGHT2000.CH / SWISSKNIGHT2000_OFFICIAL.
  2. Der Teilnahmeschluss ist der 24.05.2021 um 23.59 Uhr.
  3. Um am Gewinnspiel Teilzunehmen muss auf Instagram der Gewinnspiel Post geliked und kommentiert, sowie der jeweiligen Seite gefolgt werden.
  4. Jeder Teilnehmende ist höchstens einmal zum Gewinn berechtigt.
  5. Die Teilnahme ist kostenlos und unabhängig vom Erwerb von Waren oder Dienstleistungen. Mit der Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel akzeptiert der Benutzer diese Teilnahmebedingungen.
  6. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind alle Personen die mindestens 18 Jahre alt sind. 
  7. Es werden nur die im Gewinnspiel näher beschriebenen Preise vergeben. 
  8. Die Gewinner werden per Zufall ausgelost und am 25.05.2021 bekanntgegeben. Der Gewinner eines Preises wird zeitnah benachrichtigt und hat den Erhalt der Gewinnbenachrichtigung unverzüglich zu bestätigen. Mit der Annahme des Preises willigt der Gewinner ein, dass sein Social Media Benutzername auf der Instagramseite veröffentlicht wird. Im Übrigen wird keine Korrespondenz geführt.
  9. Die Formalitäten zur Übergabe des Gewinns werden mit dem Gewinner individuell geklärt. Der Preis wird per Post an den Gewinner versendet.
  10. Eine Barauszahlung, Tausch oder Übertragung des Gewinns und der Rechtsweg sind ausgeschlossen. Die Preise sind grundsätzlich nicht übertragbar. Der Gewinner akzeptiert notwendige Änderungen des Gewinns, die durch andere ausserhalb des Einflussbereichs der am Gewinnspiel beteiligten Firmen liegenden Faktoren bedingt sind.
  11. Die Entscheidungen von SWISSKNIGHT2000.CH / SWISSKNIGHT2000_OFFICIAL sind endgültig. Diesbezügliche Anfragen können nicht beantwortet werden. SWISSKNIGHT2000.CH / SWISSKNIGHT2000_OFFICIAL behält sich das Recht vor, das Gewinnspiel ganz oder zeitweise auszusetzen, wenn irgendwelche Schwierigkeiten auftreten, die die Integrität des Gewinnspiels gefährden.

We are currently running a giveaway on Instagram. Below you will find our terms and conditions of entry.

Conditions of participation:

 

  1. Organizer of this giveaway is SWISSKNIGHT2000.CH / SWISSKNIGHT2000_OFFICIAL .
  2. The deadline is the 24.05.2021 at 23.59 clock.
  3. To participate in the giveaway, you must either like and comment on the giveaway post on Instagram, as well as follow the respective page.
  4. Each participant is entitled to win at most once.
  5. Participation is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. By participating in the giveaway, the user accepts these terms and conditions.
  6. All persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate. 
  7. Only the prizes described in more detail in the giveaway will be awarded. 
  8. The winners will be drawn at random and announced on 25.05.2021. The winner of a prize will be notified promptly and must confirm receipt of the prize notification without delay. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to have their social media username published on the Instagram page. No other correspondence will be entered into.
  9. The formalities for handing over the prize will be clarified with the winner individually. The prize will be sent to the winner by mail.
  10. A cash payment, exchange or transfer of the prize and the legal process are excluded. The prizes are generally not transferable. The winner accepts necessary changes to the prize due to other factors beyond the control of the companies involved in the giveaway.
